Description
Air Fryer Cabbage Wedges are crispy on the outside and tender inside, made with simple pantry ingredients and ready in just minutes. A healthy, vegan, gluten-free side dish that pairs well with almost any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 medium green cabbage (about 2 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Remove loose outer leaves from the cabbage, rinse, and pat dry.
- Cut the cabbage in half through the core, then slice into 6–8 wedges, keeping the core intact.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over all sides of the cabbage wedges.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are crispy and centers are tender.
- Serve warm.
