Ingredients

- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan
- 1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, whisked
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Pound or slice chicken to ½-inch thickness.
- Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
- Dip chicken in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until 165°F internally.
- Top with marinara and mozzarella.
- Air fry 2–3 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Rest before serving.
