Description

Air fryer chicken parmesan with crispy breaded chicken, marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella makes an easy weeknight dinner. Golden, juicy, and ready fast.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (8 ounces each)
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Pound or slice chicken to ½-inch thickness.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
  4. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until 165°F internally.
  6. Top with marinara and mozzarella.
  7. Air fry 2–3 more minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Rest before serving.
