Light, refreshing, and packed with protein, these Avocado Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps are the perfect low-carb, gluten-free meal. Quick, easy, and delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
- 2 ripe avocados (mashed)
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 celery stalk (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp cilantro or parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 large lettuce leaves (butter, romaine, or iceberg)
Optional Add-ins: cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, sunflower seeds, jalapeños.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash avocados until creamy.
- Add shredded chicken, celery, onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out lettuce leaves on a plate or tray.
- Spoon chicken salad into the center of each leaf.
- Fold and enjoy immediately!

- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add extra lime juice to keep the avocado fresh and green longer.
- Store chicken salad separately and assemble wraps right before serving to prevent sogginess.
