Description

Flaky crescent rolls filled with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar for a quick, savory breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook bacon until crisp, crumble, and set aside. Scramble eggs with salt and pepper until just set.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Place a portion of cheddar, scrambled eggs, and crumbled bacon on the wide end of each triangle. Add a little extra cheese on top.
  • Roll dough from the wide end to the tip, sealing edges. Place seam-side down on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush tops with melted butter. Bake 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Chill dough before rolling for a flakier texture.
  • Add sautéed vegetables or herbs to customize flavor.
  • Freeze unbaked rolls for a quick breakfast later.
