Description

Baked Boursin Salmon is a simple oven-baked dish made with flaky salmon fillets, creamy garlic herb cheese, and fresh lemon for a balanced, comforting meal.


Ingredients

For the Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets (56 oz each), skin-on or skinless
  • 1 Boursin cheese round (5.2 oz), garlic & fine herbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange salmon fillets in the dish and drizzle with olive oil or butter.
  3. Season with garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Spoon Boursin cheese evenly over each fillet.
  5. Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
  6. Spoon melted cheese sauce over salmon and garnish with parsley before serving.
