Ingredients
For the Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets (5–6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
- 1 Boursin cheese round (5.2 oz), garlic & fine herbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Arrange salmon fillets in the dish and drizzle with olive oil or butter.
- Season with garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Spoon Boursin cheese evenly over each fillet.
- Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
- Spoon melted cheese sauce over salmon and garnish with parsley before serving.
