Description
Fudgy blender brownie bites made with bananas, dates, oats, and cocoa for an easy, wholesome chocolate snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats (gluten-free if needed)
- 1/2 cup almonds, raw or roasted
- 3 overripe bananas
- 7 dates, pitted and soaked in hot water
- 1 tablespoon milk (almond milk or any milk)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a mini muffin pan.
- Blend oats and almonds in a blender or food processor until flour-like.
- Add bananas, soaked dates, milk, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Spoon batter into prepared pan, filling about 3/4 full.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly, then remove and cool completely.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
- Do not overbake to keep the bites fudgy.
- Add dark chocolate chips for extra richness.
