Description

Seasoned ground beef cooked with simple spices and wrapped into an easy, burger-inspired wrap.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450–500 g) lean ground beef, 90% lean or higher
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅔ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes until beef is fully seasoned and cooked through.
  7. Remove from heat and assemble into wraps as desired.

Notes

  • Use lean beef to prevent greasy filling.
  • Season gradually and adjust to taste.
  • Lightly toast wraps for added texture.
