Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450–500 g) lean ground beef, 90% lean or higher
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ⅔ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned.
- Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until beef is fully seasoned and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and assemble into wraps as desired.
Notes
- Use lean beef to prevent greasy filling.
- Season gradually and adjust to taste.
- Lightly toast wraps for added texture.
- Assemble wraps just before serving.
