Description

A quick, satisfying vegetarian wrap filled with mashed avocado, black beans, salsa, and crushed tortilla chips—crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
  • 4 large tortillas


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash avocado and mix with salsa.
  2. Lay out tortillas and layer with avocado mixture, black beans, and crushed chips.
  3. Fold into a wrap, tucking in edges.
  4. Toast in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  5. Slice and serve warm.
