Ingredients
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 avocado, mashed
- ¼ cup salsa
- 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
- 4 large tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash avocado and mix with salsa.
- Lay out tortillas and layer with avocado mixture, black beans, and crushed chips.
- Fold into a wrap, tucking in edges.
- Toast in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Slice and serve warm.
