Description

A bold, cheesy pizza with spicy buffalo chicken, gooey mozzarella, creamy dressing, and crispy crust—perfect for game night or a flavor-packed dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups shredded chicken (cooked)
  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • ¼ cup blue cheese dressing, divided (or ranch)
  • 1 lb. pizza dough, room temp
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup banana pepper rings, patted dry


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Stretch dough into a 12-inch round on parchment.
  3. Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  4. Spread pizza sauce on dough, drizzle with 2 tbsp dressing.
  5. Add half the mozzarella, then chicken, onions, and peppers.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  7. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Drizzle more buffalo sauce and dressing before serving.
