Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups shredded chicken (cooked)
- ⅓ cup buffalo sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- ¼ cup blue cheese dressing, divided (or ranch)
- 1 lb. pizza dough, room temp
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup banana pepper rings, patted dry
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Stretch dough into a 12-inch round on parchment.
- Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Spread pizza sauce on dough, drizzle with 2 tbsp dressing.
- Add half the mozzarella, then chicken, onions, and peppers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Drizzle more buffalo sauce and dressing before serving.
