- 1 cup crushed Cadbury mini eggs
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually combine dry and wet ingredients.
- Fold in mini eggs and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake for soft cookies.
- Chill dough for thicker cookies.
- Use parchment paper for even baking.
