Description

Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies loaded with crushed Cadbury mini eggs and oats for added texture and flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed Cadbury mini eggs
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
  2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine dry and wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in mini eggs and chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overbake for soft cookies.
  • Chill dough for thicker cookies.
  • Use parchment paper for even baking.
