Description

This Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese combines buttery garlic bread, gooey melted cheese, and savory shrimp for the ultimate comfort food sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 8 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 slices thick bread (sourdough, Italian, or Texas toast)
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook shrimp with garlic, salt, and pepper until pink. Set aside.
  2. Mix softened butter with garlic and parsley, then spread on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer mozzarella, cheddar, shrimp, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes between slices of bread, butter side out.
  4. Grill 3–4 minutes per side over medium heat until golden and cheese is melted.
  5. Slice and serve warm.
