  • 1 (32 oz) box chicken broth
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 cups cooked, cubed chicken (about 1 pound)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cubed ham
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • Swiss cheese, shredded (for serving)
  • Croutons, homemade or store-bought (for serving)
