Description

Rich, fudgy Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Brownies topped with juicy strawberries and silky chocolate. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, parties, or anytime you crave an elegant dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 batch of brownies (homemade or box mix, baked and cooled)
  • 12 fresh strawberries (washed and thoroughly dried)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or melting chocolate)
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil or shortening (optional, for smoother melting)

Optional toppings: Sprinkles, crushed nuts, shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Prepare Brownies: Bake your favorite brownie recipe or box mix according to package directions. Cool completely and cut into squares.
  • Melt Chocolate: Place semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add oil if needed for shine.
  • Dip Strawberries: Holding each strawberry by the stem, dip into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to set.
  • Decorate: Drizzle with melted white chocolate and add sprinkles or toppings if desired.
  • Assemble: Place one chocolate-dipped strawberry on top of each brownie square. Let chocolate fully harden before serving.

Notes

  1. Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping—water prevents chocolate from sticking.
  2. Don’t cut brownies until fully cooled, or they’ll crumble.
  3. Use high-quality chocolate for the best taste and glossy finish.
  4. For faster setting, place dipped strawberries in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Make brownies a day ahead, then dip strawberries fresh on the serving day.
