Description
A creamy no-cook breakfast made with oats, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and milk for a rich, chocolatey start to the day.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (chocolate milk recommended)
- 2–3 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tsp maple syrup or honey
- Dash of sea salt
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Add oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt to a jar.
- Pour in milk, vanilla, and sweetener. Stir well.
- Mix in peanut butter until combined or swirled.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- Stir before serving and adjust thickness with milk if needed.
- Serve cold or lightly warmed.
Notes
- Use chocolate milk for extra flavor.
- Add banana slices or berries on top.
