Description

A creamy no-cook breakfast made with oats, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and milk for a rich, chocolatey start to the day.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (chocolate milk recommended)
  • 23 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • Dash of sea salt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt to a jar.
  2. Pour in milk, vanilla, and sweetener. Stir well.
  3. Mix in peanut butter until combined or swirled.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  5. Stir before serving and adjust thickness with milk if needed.
  6. Serve cold or lightly warmed.

Notes

  • Use chocolate milk for extra flavor.
  • Add banana slices or berries on top.
  • Increase chia seeds for thicker texture.
