Description

No-bake chocolate treats made with Rice Krispie cereal and marshmallows, rolled into bite-sized balls with a crunchy, chewy texture.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) semi-sweet chocolate
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups Rice Krispie cereal


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Add mini marshmallows and stir until softened.
  5. Gently fold in Rice Krispie cereal until evenly coated.
  6. Scoop and roll mixture into balls and place on prepared tray.
  7. Let set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Notes

  • Chop chocolate finely for smoother melting
