Description
No-bake chocolate treats made with Rice Krispie cereal and marshmallows, rolled into bite-sized balls with a crunchy, chewy texture.
Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) semi-sweet chocolate
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until softened.
- Gently fold in Rice Krispie cereal until evenly coated.
- Scoop and roll mixture into balls and place on prepared tray.
- Let set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Notes
- Chop chocolate finely for smoother melting
- Lightly grease hands to prevent sticking
- Chill briefly for quicker setting
