Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread
- 8 tablespoons cajeta (Mexican caramel sauce)
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Trim crusts and flatten bread slices.
- Spread cajeta and roll each slice tightly.
- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla; dip rolls in mixture.
- Cook in butter over medium heat until golden.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar; coat warm roll ups.
