- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- Roll each cinnamon roll piece back into a tight roll.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and ground cinnamon for coating.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Dip each roll into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated, and cook in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and immediately roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon rolls and serve warm.
Notes
- You can use any type of cinnamon rolls, but the classic ones with icing work best for this recipe.
- For a fun twist, you can add a sprinkle of chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the cinnamon rolls before rolling them up.
- If you prefer a lighter version, substitute the whole milk with almond milk or any milk alternative.
- Make sure to cook the roll-ups on medium heat to ensure the insides get fully cooked without burning the outside.
- These are best served fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days and reheat in the microwave.
