Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Chocolate shavings or grated chocolate (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish. Chill in the fridge.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Top with cherry pie filling and optional chocolate garnish.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
