Description

Soft blondie bars filled with white chocolate and dried cranberries, topped with cream cheese frosting and a drizzle of melted white chocolate—perfect for holidays or anytime you’re craving a sweet, festive treat.


Ingredients

Blondie Layer:

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips or chunks
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

Frosting & Topping:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries (chopped)
  • ¼ cup white chocolate (melted, for drizzle)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment.
  2. Mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; whisk well.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in white chocolate and cranberries. Spread evenly in pan.
  5. Bake 18–22 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
  6. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Frost the cooled bars.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  8. Chill for 30 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Chill before cutting for clean slices.
  • Add orange zest to frosting for a citrus twist.
