Description

Creamy fruit-filled rollups made with soft wheat tortillas, sweetened cream cheese, and fresh strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi. Quick, colorful, and perfect for snacks, brunch, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 large wheat flour tortillas
  • 226 grams softened cream cheese
  • 30 grams powdered sugar
  • 5 millilitres vanilla extract
  • 150 grams fresh fruit mix (strawberries, blueberries, diced kiwi)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Rinse and prepare fruits: slice strawberries, dice kiwi, and leave blueberries whole.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and spread cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving a small border.
  4. Scatter prepared fruits over the cream cheese layer for even distribution.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly into cylinders. Slice into pinwheels or serve whole.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes for easier slicing or serve immediately.

Notes

  • Swap fruits based on seasonal availability, such as mango, raspberries, or peaches.
  • Add lemon or orange zest to cream cheese for extra flavor.
  • Sprinkle finely chopped nuts or seeds over the filling for added crunch.
  • Assemble just before serving for best texture and freshness.
