Ingredients
- 2 large wheat flour tortillas
- 226 grams softened cream cheese
- 30 grams powdered sugar
- 5 millilitres vanilla extract
- 150 grams fresh fruit mix (strawberries, blueberries, diced kiwi)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Rinse and prepare fruits: slice strawberries, dice kiwi, and leave blueberries whole.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving a small border.
- Scatter prepared fruits over the cream cheese layer for even distribution.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into cylinders. Slice into pinwheels or serve whole.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes for easier slicing or serve immediately.

- Swap fruits based on seasonal availability, such as mango, raspberries, or peaches.
- Add lemon or orange zest to cream cheese for extra flavor.
