Description

Refreshing smoothie with pineapple, banana, and vanilla yogurt. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a healthy tropical treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups pineapple juice or orange juice
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey


Instructions

  1. Add ice, frozen pineapple, banana, juice, yogurt, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with extra honey if desired.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, optionally garnished with pineapple slices or mint.
