Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen diced potatoes (hash browns)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (reserve some for garnish)
- 3 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Spray your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.
- Add frozen potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and half the bacon into the crock pot. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, topped with the remaining bacon, green onions, and extra cheese if desired.
