Description

A creamy baked casserole featuring pulled pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles with bold Cuban-inspired flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups prepared pulled pork (unsauced)
  • 8 ounces sliced ham, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles
  • Extra pickles for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Spread pulled pork evenly in the dish, then layer chopped ham.
  3. Add sliced pickles over the meat.
  4. Mix cream cheese, whipping cream, and mustard until smooth.
  5. Pour sauce over the mixture and top with Swiss cheese.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly, garnish with pickles, and serve.
