Description

These Dark Chocolate Almond Clusters are an easy, three-ingredient no-bake treat made with crunchy roasted almonds, rich dark chocolate, and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted dry-roasted almonds
  • 6 ounces dark chocolate (60–70%), chopped
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Place the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir the almonds into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  4. Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  7. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor and smooth texture.
  • If using raw almonds, toast them at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
  • Add-ins like dried cranberries, coconut, or pistachios can be mixed in.
  • For a glossy finish, avoid overheating the chocolate.
  • Store in the fridge during warm weather to prevent melting.
