These Dark Chocolate Almond Clusters are an easy, three-ingredient no-bake treat made with crunchy roasted almonds, rich dark chocolate, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted dry-roasted almonds
- 6 ounces dark chocolate (60–70%), chopped
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Place the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
- Stir the almonds into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
