A hearty, one-dish meal combining cheeseburger flavors with crispy baked fries, perfect for an easy and satisfying family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (24 oz) frozen French fries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain excess grease.
- Add garlic, ketchup, mustard, and relish; mix well.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup until combined.
- Spread mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Arrange frozen fries on top in an even layer.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until fries are golden and crispy. Serve hot.
Notes
- Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispy fries.
- Add cooked bacon for a bacon cheeseburger twist.
