Description

A hearty, one-dish meal combining cheeseburger flavors with crispy baked fries, perfect for an easy and satisfying family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (24 oz) frozen French fries


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Add garlic, ketchup, mustard, and relish; mix well.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup until combined.
  5. Spread mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Arrange frozen fries on top in an even layer.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until fries are golden and crispy. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispy fries.
  • Add cooked bacon for a bacon cheeseburger twist.
