Description
A light and creamy no-bake strawberry mousse made with fresh berries and whipped cream for a refreshing dessert.
Ingredients
- 12½ ounces strawberries (about 3/4 pound)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream (cold, at least 30% fat)
- Extra strawberries, for topping
Instructions
- Wash, hull, and slice strawberries.
- Blend strawberries with sugar until smooth.
- Strain mixture if a smoother texture is desired.
- Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold strawberry puree into whipped cream.
- Spoon into serving dishes.
- Chill for 1–2 hours until set.
- Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
