Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream (cold, at least 30% fat)
  • Extra strawberries, for topping


Instructions

  • Wash, hull, and slice strawberries.
  • Blend strawberries with sugar until smooth.
  • Strain mixture if a smoother texture is desired.
  • Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
