- 6–8 oz goat cheese
- ¼ cup honey
- 4 sprigs thyme
Instructions
- Prepare the Pastry
Thaw puff pastry and cut into small squares or circles. Place into a mini muffin tin or on a lined baking sheet. - Add the Goat Cheese
Spoon a small amount of goat cheese into the center of each pastry piece. - Drizzle with Honey
Add a light drizzle of honey over each bite. - Add the Thyme
Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top for added aroma and flavor. - Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden and puffed. - Serve
Drizzle with extra honey if desired and serve warm.
