Description

Flaky puff pastry filled with creamy goat cheese, drizzled with honey, and topped with fragrant thyme—an effortless yet elegant appetizer ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 68 oz goat cheese
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 sprigs thyme

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pastry
Thaw puff pastry and cut into small squares or circles. Place into a mini muffin tin or on a lined baking sheet.
  2. Add the Goat Cheese
Spoon a small amount of goat cheese into the center of each pastry piece.
  3. Drizzle with Honey
Add a light drizzle of honey over each bite.
  4. Add the Thyme
Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top for added aroma and flavor.
  5. Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden and puffed.
  6. Serve
Drizzle with extra honey if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use a soft, spreadable goat cheese for the best melt and texture.
  • Add chopped nuts or a dab of fig jam for extra flavor.
  • Reheat in the oven—not the microwave—to maintain crispness.
  • Freeze unbaked bites and bake directly from frozen.
