Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until frothy.
- Gradually add sugar while beating until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in Jello powder until fully combined.
