Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip (whipped topping)
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1–2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
- Optional toppings: mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, caramel drizzle, chopped nuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let stand for 2–3 minutes to slightly thicken.
- Stir in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until fully combined.
- Gently fold in Cool Whip until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or fresh fruit.

- Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling, to avoid added sugars and spices.
