Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip (whipped topping)
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 12 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
  • Optional toppings: mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, caramel drizzle, chopped nuts


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let stand for 2–3 minutes to slightly thicken.
  2. Stir in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in Cool Whip until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
  5. Serve chilled with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or fresh fruit.

  • Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling, to avoid added sugars and spices.
