Ingredients

  • 2 servings ramen noodles
  • 2 boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add chili paste and cook for 1 minute to release flavor.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted.
  8. Toss cooked noodles into the skillet, mixing until evenly coated.
  9. Top with sliced green onions and serve warm.
