Ingredients
- 2 servings ramen noodles
- 2 boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons chili paste (adjust to taste)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chili paste and cook for 1 minute to release flavor.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted.
- Toss cooked noodles into the skillet, mixing until evenly coated.
- Top with sliced green onions and serve warm.
