Description

A no-bake frozen treat made with bananas, peanut butter, chocolate, and crunchy toppings for a healthier candy-style snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter (or nut/seed butter)
  • 45 tablespoons dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped peanuts (or other nuts/seeds)
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt


Instructions

  1. Slice bananas into thick rounds.
  2. Spread peanut butter on one slice and top with another to make sandwiches.
  3. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Dip each banana sandwich into melted chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and sea salt.
  7. Freeze again for 20–30 minutes until set.

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
  • Let sit a few minutes before eating for best texture.
