A no-bake frozen treat made with bananas, peanut butter, chocolate, and crunchy toppings for a healthier candy-style snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter (or nut/seed butter)
- 4–5 tablespoons dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped peanuts (or other nuts/seeds)
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Slice bananas into thick rounds.
- Spread peanut butter on one slice and top with another to make sandwiches.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each banana sandwich into melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and sea salt.
- Freeze again for 20–30 minutes until set.
Notes
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Let sit a few minutes before eating for best texture.
