- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)
Optional Add-ins
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
Instructions
- Mix Base: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Add Mix-Ins: Fold in chocolate chips and any optional ingredients.
- Portion: Spoon the mixture into silicone molds, an ice cube tray, or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze: Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until fully firm.
- Store & Serve: Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy straight from frozen.
Notes
- If peanut butter is stiff, warm it 10 seconds in the microwave for easier mixing.
- For sweeter bites, add an extra teaspoon of honey or more chocolate chips.
- Silicone molds make the cleanest, easiest shapes.
- Let bites sit at room temperature for 2 minutes if you prefer a softer texture.
- Use dairy-free yogurt and maple syrup to keep it vegan.
