Description

Creamy, lightly sweet, protein-rich frozen bites made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips. A simple no-bake freezer snack perfect for meal prep, lunchboxes, and healthy cravings.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)

Optional Add-ins

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Mix Base: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add Mix-Ins: Fold in chocolate chips and any optional ingredients.
  3. Portion: Spoon the mixture into silicone molds, an ice cube tray, or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze: Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until fully firm.
  5. Store & Serve: Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy straight from frozen.

Notes

  • If peanut butter is stiff, warm it 10 seconds in the microwave for easier mixing.
  • For sweeter bites, add an extra teaspoon of honey or more chocolate chips.
  • Silicone molds make the cleanest, easiest shapes.
  • Let bites sit at room temperature for 2 minutes if you prefer a softer texture.
  • Use dairy-free yogurt and maple syrup to keep it vegan.
