Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles (spaghetti, ramen, or rice noodles)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp sesame oil (toasted preferred)

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or tahini
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Cook the noodles:
Boil noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain, toss with a small amount of sesame oil, and set aside. - Brown the beef:
In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season lightly with salt and pepper. - Add aromatics:
