This Halloween Buffalo Chicken Skillet Dip is the ultimate party appetizer—creamy, cheesy, and packed with bold buffalo flavor. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep, this spooky twist on a classic dip is guaranteed to be the star of your Halloween spread.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (for spider web design)
  • Black olives (for spider decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken, 1 cup cheddar, and mozzarella.
  4. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe skillet and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  7. Pipe sour cream in concentric circles and drag a toothpick outward to create a spider web design.
  8. Add black olive “spiders” on top for decoration. Serve hot with chips, veggies, or bread.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
