Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Add butter, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, eggs, seasoning salt, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Combine meat mixture with egg mixture. Stir well.
- Pour into casserole dish and top with Parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until golden and set.
- Cool slightly before serving.
