Description

Savory ground beef, sautéed mushrooms, and a creamy egg and cheese mixture come together in this cozy, low-carb Hamburger Mushroom Bake—an easy, satisfying dinner option.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  3. Add butter, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  4. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, eggs, seasoning salt, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine meat mixture with egg mixture. Stir well.
  6. Pour into casserole dish and top with Parmesan.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until golden and set.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
