Ingredients
Salmon Bites
- 1 pound salmon, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Honey Garlic Sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.
- Toss salmon with garlic powder, paprika, salt, chili powder, onion powder, and coconut oil.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon bites for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Remove salmon and add honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and sriracha to the pan.
- Simmer sauce 2–3 minutes, then return salmon to the pan and toss to coat.
- Cook 1–2 minutes on low until glazed. Serve warm.
Notes
- Patting the salmon dry helps it crisp instead of steam.
- For extra heat, add more sriracha or chili flakes.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes if you prefer hands-off cooking.
- Add a squeeze of lemon for a fresh, bright finish.
