Description

Tender salmon bites coated in a sweet, garlicky, slightly spicy glaze, cooked in minutes for an effortless and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Salmon Bites

  • 1 pound salmon, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Toss salmon with garlic powder, paprika, salt, chili powder, onion powder, and coconut oil.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon bites for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Remove salmon and add honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and sriracha to the pan.
  5. Simmer sauce 2–3 minutes, then return salmon to the pan and toss to coat.
  6. Cook 1–2 minutes on low until glazed. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Patting the salmon dry helps it crisp instead of steam.
  • For extra heat, add more sriracha or chili flakes.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes if you prefer hands-off cooking.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon for a fresh, bright finish.
