Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and oregano.
- Place chicken in the baking dish and pour sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta over the chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Spoon pan sauce over chicken halfway through cooking.
- Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
