Description

This Hot Honey Salmon features tender baked salmon brushed with a sweet and spicy honey mustard glaze made with garlic and lemon. It’s quick, bold, and perfect for an easy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup stoneground mustard
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 12 pounds salmon


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk honey, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt, red pepper flakes, and paprika.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down on baking sheet.
  4. Brush glaze evenly over salmon.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily and glaze caramelizes.
  6. Rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
