Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup stoneground mustard
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1–2 pounds salmon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk honey, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt, red pepper flakes, and paprika.
- Place salmon skin-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush glaze evenly over salmon.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily and glaze caramelizes.
- Rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
