Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works well)
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, lightly steamed or blanched
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Cooking spray or butter, for greasing the dish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch broccoli until just tender; drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in shredded chicken and broccoli until evenly coated.
  6. Mix in cheddar and mozzarella cheese, reserving a small amount for topping if desired.
  7. Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  8. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
