Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides (about 8-10 minutes).
- Remove meatballs from the skillet and set aside. Add beef broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits.
- Stir in sour cream, Dijon mustard, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes, ensuring they are cooked through and coated with the sauce.
- Serve and garnish with additional Parmesan, if desired.
