Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides (about 8-10 minutes).
  3. Remove meatballs from the skillet and set aside. Add beef broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits.
  4. Stir in sour cream, Dijon mustard, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
