Ingredients
- 1 low-carb tortilla
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (LILY’S, ChocZero, etc.)
- Granulated sweetener of choice, to taste
- Melted butter (for brushing)
- Keto-friendly chocolate sauce
Optional Add-Ins
- Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- Cinnamon or pumpkin spice
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Keto caramel sauce
- Hemp seeds or chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the Tortilla
Brush the low-carb tortilla lightly with melted butter. - Make the Filling
Mix softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and sweetener until smooth. - Spread Evenly
Spread the mixture over the tortilla in a thin, even layer. - Add Chocolate & Optional Toppings
Sprinkle sugar-free chocolate chips and add any optional ingredients. - Roll & Slice
Roll tightly into a log and chill for 10–15 minutes. Slice into pinwheels. - Serve
Drizzle with keto-friendly chocolate sauce if desired.
