Ingredients
- 1 lb sea scallops
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon Butter Sauce:
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat scallops dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear scallops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic briefly.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Return scallops to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
