Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 2 green bell peppers, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 slices provolone or 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
