Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 slices provolone or 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
