Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1–2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the cauliflower: Wash and dry the florets thoroughly to ensure maximum crispiness.
- Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Coat the cauliflower: Pour the glaze over the florets in a large mixing bowl and toss well to coat evenly.
- Roast: Arrange the cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden brown.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with green onions or sesame seeds and enjoy hot.
Notes
- Dry your cauliflower well before coating—it ensures crisp edges.
