Description

Sweet, spicy, and perfectly roasted — this Maple Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower recipe is a healthy, flavorful side dish that’s ready in just 30 minutes. Vegan, gluten-free, and packed with bold flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 12 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the cauliflower: Wash and dry the florets thoroughly to ensure maximum crispiness.
  3. Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Coat the cauliflower: Pour the glaze over the florets in a large mixing bowl and toss well to coat evenly.
  5. Roast: Arrange the cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden brown.
  6. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with green onions or sesame seeds and enjoy hot.

Notes

  • Dry your cauliflower well before coating—it ensures crisp edges.
  • Adjust spice level: Use more or less Sriracha depending on how much heat you like.
  • Add crunch: Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs before roasting for extra texture.
  • Double the batch: This recipe disappears fast—make extra for seconds!
  • Reheat in the oven to bring back the crispiness instead of microwaving.
