Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ cup crushed croutons (optional, for crunch)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with garlic powder and black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, sour cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Place chicken in baking dish, spread the Caesar mixture evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and crushed croutons (if using).
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
