Creamy, savory, and so easy—this Melt in Your Mouth Caesar Chicken is the perfect weeknight dinner. Juicy chicken breasts baked in Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese for a rich, comforting flavor the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup crushed croutons (optional, for crunch)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with garlic powder and black pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, sour cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Place chicken in baking dish, spread the Caesar mixture evenly over the top.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and crushed croutons (if using).
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
