Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (reduced sodium)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 ½ pounds skirt steak, cut into pieces
- 12 mini flour tortillas, warmed
- ¾ cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, lime juice, 1 tablespoon oil, garlic, and spices to create marinade.
- Coat steak pieces and marinate for 20–30 minutes.
- Heat remaining oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak until browned and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Fill tortillas with steak, onion, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
