Description
Bite-sized apple crisp treats made with sweet apple filling and a buttery oat crumble topping, perfect for snacks or desserts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 12 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 can apple pie filling (or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Mix flour, oats, and brown sugar in a bowl. Add butter and combine until crumbly.
- Press a small amount of mixture into each muffin cup to form a base.
- Add a spoonful of apple pie filling to each cup.
- Top with more crumble mixture.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing and serving.
Notes
- Chop apple slices into smaller pieces for easier bites.
- Add cinnamon or nutmeg for extra warmth.
- Serve warm with ice cream or caramel drizzle.
