Ingredients
Brownies:
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box: eggs, oil, water)
Mint Buttercream:
- 3/4 cup salted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- 1–2 drops green food coloring
- 1–2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Chocolate Ganache:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven as directed on brownie mix box. Prepare and bake brownies; cool completely.
- Beat butter for mint buttercream until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, mint extract, food coloring, and cream; mix until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled brownies.
- Heat heavy cream for ganache until simmering; pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth, and spread over buttercream.
- Chill 1–2 hours until ganache sets. Slice and serve.
Notes
- Cool brownies completely before adding layers for clean slices.
- Adjust mint extract to taste.
- Garnish with crushed peppermint for a festive look.
