Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
- Slice kielbasa into ½-inch rounds, then make 3–4 shallow cuts across each piece (don’t slice through).
- Whisk mustard, honey, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
- Place kielbasa slices on the sheet and brush generously with the glaze, getting it into the cuts.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until caramelized and slightly crispy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
