Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
  2. Slice kielbasa into ½-inch rounds, then make 3–4 shallow cuts across each piece (don’t slice through).
  3. Whisk mustard, honey, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
  4. Place kielbasa slices on the sheet and brush generously with the glaze, getting it into the cuts.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until caramelized and slightly crispy.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

  • For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
