Instructions
- Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill while preparing filling.
- Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
- Assemble: Spread filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Serve: Top with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, or desired toppings before slicing.
